We are growing and changing, and it's time to decide how to improve our facilities for our growth...

Willow Glen UMC has been considering various improvements to our facilities for some time and now it's time to make a decision and move ahead. Our Renovation Team submits the following proposal for congregational consideration:

• Moving the library to Wesley Room
• Updating the restrooms next to the existing library by expanding into the library’s space and adding a hallway along the old library wall
• In Kohlstedt Hall, perform renovations as outlined on the architect’s drawings (new HVAC unit, new paint, carpet, sound proofing material; relocate the Scout room to the basement to add more break out rooms next to the hall also relocate the storage of tables and chairs to a room next to restroom core)
• Drastically repairing Woodhaven (rebuild it to its existing floor plan) while minimizing site work needed for the repairs.

Please prayerfully consider your support of this proposal and come to our Church Conference on Sunday, February 3 at 12:30pm in the Wesley Room to add your voice to our decision on how to proceed. This vote affects all of us, and we would like everyone's input.
